This ring forms part of my Willow Jewellery collection, which has been created as part of my Jewel-Withy project - exploring the threatened Withy pot craft in the South West and its close connections with plants, nature and people.
This ring is the result of the first studies made of Black Maul Willow catkins in the spring, a variety of willow which is popular in the Withy pot world for its long slender branches, which are also flexible and strong. The pressed texture has been inspired by pressed catkin studies.
This ring has been made 3mm wide in a flat shape, to make it a comfortable and practical ring to wear. It is available in a variety of metals, including sterling silver, 9 carat yellow, and 18 carat yellow gold. There are other metal options, such as rose gold and white gold, please get in touch to disucuss this further.
Each ring is made to order, so please allow between 4 and 6 weeks for it to be made and delivered.
There are also options to have your ring engraved inside, please conatct me for more details.
